Important challenge videos from Al Gore – On Thursday, July 17, 2008, former Vice President Al Gore, with whom I share a spot on the Keyboard Culture New Earth Community, gave an historic speech in the form of a challenge, that the United States should be free from fossil fuels by the year 2018.
Drawing on the great inspriration given to the American people by President John Kennedy to begin the space race, Mr. Gore laid down a bold but achieveable challenge.
