I have lived in Florida since 1989 and been involved in environmental issues since 2001. Catrin and I reside in the Edgewood section of Orlando with our 5 cats. We enjoy modern cinema and travel. My immediate family lives in eastern Maine and Catrin’s parents still live in Cochem, Germany, where she was born.

My first ever book review is live! It was a great honor to be contacted by Lisa Munley with TLC Book Tours. She said that she was impressed by my blog and wanted to know if I’d be willing to review A World Without Ice by Henry N. Pollack, Ph.D. I didn’t have to think about it for a moment! Dr. Pollack has my utmost respect and receiving an advance copy of the book was a joy. I highly recommend that everyone read A World Without Ice. The Green Earth Expo has been expanded for 2010. Produced by Project Green America, the Green Earth Expo will take place at the end of May, 2010 at the vast Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
